1. The train is designed with hydraulic self-movement, eliminating the need for a retractable column winch. This innovative feature addresses the traditional drawbacks of track equipment trains and enhances safety, convenience, and operational efficiency. 2. By omitting frequent rail laying and hauling operations, the labor intensity for workers is significantly reduced, which subsequently boosts worker safety and lowers material costs as there is no need to harden the roadway. 3. A triangular coal cleaner and Russian roof device are installed at the front of the train, enhancing its climbing capability and allowing it to adapt to gradients up to 15°. 4. The equipment train features a divided frame design with self-moving slideways along both sides of the slipper. Trains are connected using a reliable rigid connection, which also provides anti-slipping functionality. 5. Equipped with a side-pushing oil cylinder, the train can adjust deviations and prevent runaway, ensuring stable operations. 6. The roof cable and pipe bracket facilitate standardized management of fully mechanized mining faces. 7. The levelling train function ensures proper suction of the pump on ramps, maintaining normal operations. 8. The equipment control mode is designed for local control. 9. A retractable cable bracket is included to reduce the frequency of cable deliveries, minimizing labor intensity and enhancing work efficiency.
